So how have you been.

I have been …poorly , full of cold and struggling to stay on track with my healthy eating so I thought I would spend today-s post reminding you and me about how to stay healthy (on a budget)

  1. Water – free and fabulous
  2. Walking – free and fabulous
  3. Taking the stairs – free and fabulous
  4. Eating your (healthy) leftovers – free and fabulous
  5. Cycling – free and fabulous

Keeping fit and healthy really need not cost you anything but effort and thought.

I need to stay focussed and on track. I dont need an expensive gym membership or fancy food. As soon as I press publish I am off out for a walk
