If you have two bananas that are very brown and mottled looking do not despair! They are simply in need of a good mashing ! Why not make a no fat banana loaf. It’s super quick and easy and tastes divine on its own or toasted with a little butter.
2 mashed over ripesbanana
2 tbsp of golden syrup
170g sugar ( though i used sweetener)
225g self raising flour
Add syrup and egg to the mashed bananas and mix it all up
Add the sugar and flour and stir in well
pour into a greased loaf tin
25mins at 180 c
Now how easy is that-
and I promise you it is gorgeous!!!!
