What is mindfulness?

We discuss Mindfulness a lot in Create Your Own Happy – a book full of happiness boosting activities that I co-wrote for Harper Collins last year. mindfulness is about essentially living in the now with anxieties for the future and worries of the past put to one side as you stay in the present. It gives your brain a chance to relax and can be very healing. Mindfulness is a great skill for both children and adults to learn, that’s why the Mindful monsters are just so awesome

Do take a look at Create Your Own Happy
