A what-er.
You know a blogger, I write blogs.

To share stuff I suppose.

Yes I share stuff about how we save money.
Oh and people really pay to read that do they?
Sort of.
Oh. What else do you do?
I have a party blog
Oh yes where you write about how you party (LOL)?
Yes. Well sort of, well not really. And I have a book blog too (now desperately tryng to impress)
Oh. Really? Do you share how you learnt to read (ROFL)?
No.
Didn’t you go to University?
Yes I went to 3 .
Oh I See. Right. Hmmm. Recession. Hmm
Hmmm.

I have just reread this in 2020 and oh my how times of changed! I don’t think i’d get these reactions fmo saying this these days

haha!! I have given up telling people now because they are either (a) super impressed and want me to explain more or (b) totally unimpressed and say that anyone can blog.

So very true! I also find people asking how to set one up, and then asking me to do it for them….
this is great. I dont do it for a living as such but my non blogging friends don’t understand the point. Do you make money from it is a common Q!
Lol! It’s funny how some people just don’t ‘get’ social media at all – but I think it will become second nature to our kids. Great post 🙂
