3 stunning back to school pens for a pen lover

I do absolutely adore pens and as I am going back to studying myself in October I definitely think it is the right time to have some lovely new pens.

I am so excited to be going back to studying and I know how important quality equipment can be to making that easier. Dog eared biros and broken pencils are just not what you need!

I will tell you all about my diploma course another day but today I want to share with you 3 absolutely gorgeous pens I am reviewing courtesy of the lovely pen store Pen Heaven

Lamy Al Star

The Lamy Al Star fountain pen is a dream to write with. I love a good fountain pen and Lamy make great pens. Isn’t the colour lovely too. There is a wide range to pick form but oh I do love the green. hard to lose a pen that colour too!

Lamy, the iconic German brand founded in the 1930s, has earned a reputation as the ‘writers pen’

I have a white Lamy Safari pen already which is similar to the Al Star but the Al Star has alight aluminium body so it is engraveable (which is of course very useful for school.) It also has an inexpensive easy change nib, from extra fine to broad, left handed and beginners. And it can also be fitted with a converter so you can use bottle ink if you wish.

So it really is a very flexible, practical and adaptable pen, perfect for beginners and experienced fountain pen writers too. It comes in a range of fabulous colours and costs £20.90.

Cross Tech3 Multifunction

When I was at school I had a multifunction pen that could change colour but it was big bulky nd very plastic. The Cross Tech3 is a much more glamorous upmarket quality version but remains just as much fun. It can write in pencil black and red and you simply turn the cap. I think it’s fabulous!

I reviewed the tech3 in satin chrome but it is available in several colourways and retails at £49.99

Cross Edge Titanium Gel Ink Pen

I just love how this Cross Edge gorgeous pen opens and closes. So sleek and unique. It is a lovely looking pen and writes smoothly, I am very happy with it. This is the pen I would use day in day out I think. It is extremely comfortable to hold. It also looks very funky! It costs £32.99
