It is just around the corner and yet again for about the fourth year in a row my organisational skills are letting me down. Back to school is upon us and I have much to do and such little time left. Ah well…tradition and all that!
I do have, as you would expect, some thrifty ideas up my sleeve. After the almost inevitable extra summer spending it is crucial not to go overboard with back to school. With a little wisdom and a few signposts you can make some really smart back to school buying choices.
I love to shop at ebay (I think all thrifty parents do!) and they have some wonderful back to school items. I have curated my first ebay collection of items round the theme of back to school and shared some of my wisdom over on their blog. I would love for you to come and have a read.
Do pop and have a look at my back to school ebay collection and buyers guide.
Why did I not think of ebay when we bought Kyd’s new secondary school stuff *face palm*
Oh my goodness – I LOVE eBay but I’ve never thought of them for Back To School! No idea why! Thanks for the tip xx
I never thought of back to school stuff on ebay! I’m of to stock up my girl for uni – she’s going to need a whole heap of stationery!
Already a huge eBay fan, but this year discovered the joy of buying cheap things for back to school there. Brilliant.
Ooh I’m SO with you, as Bean’s only in year one we don’t need to buy stationary yet but I got his lunchbox and drink bottle from eBay 😉
