Christmas at Homesense Nottingham

I love HomeSense Nottingham at any time of the year, it is always full to the brim with bargains for the home and it always feels like a treasure trove I delight in nipping in to see what they have on offer.

This Christmas season they completely have outdone themselves and the store is bedecked with all sort s of wonderful items for the home

Hang a bauble at Homesense Nottingham

HomeSense have a wonderful charity campaign going on at the moment called Hang A Bauble. They have teamed up with Action for Children to raise money for the sixth year in a row.

Customers are able to buy a Christmas bauble for £1, on which they can write a festive message or their happiest childhood Christmas memory before hanging it on the HomeSense Christmas tree in their local store.

I did this in our Homesense Nottingham store and spent an age reading everyone else messages. Such a fab campaign.

All proceeds from the bauble donations will go to Action for Children and its local services.

Last year their ‘Hang a Bauble’ Christmas campaign was a HUGE  success – raising over £150,000. This year they aim to raise even more.

At HomeSense, we believe in supporting our local communities and helping vulnerable children achieve their potential. With each of our 39 HomeSense stores raising money for local Action for Children projects, it means the money our customers give is re-invested in the area.
