Oh how I would like to go on a cruise to the Canary Islands.
I would love to go on a cruise just about anywhere. I have heard such amazing things. A quick poll of my cruise loving pals gets them talking for hours about the delights of cruising (I only asked for one reason to cruise!)
Oh the views are spectacular
There is so much to do on board
It meets the whole family’s needs
The food is amazing
Brilliant entertainment
Away from everything
You see some amazing places as you stop off along the journey
The sky!
I have to say no-one had a bad word to say about cruising and I am now completely swayed. I am not a massive fan of moving from place to place on holiday having to pack and repack your bags, so being able to travel round and see lots of places whilst only having to unpack once really is a winner in my book.
The Canary Islands in particular are a place I long to revisit. I haven’t been since I was in my early 20’s and I hanker to return, the sunshine, friendly people and lovely beaches abide in my memories.
Gran Canaria is a beautiful Island and I would love to go back to and see all the wide sandy dunes.
I’d love to see Lanzarote too and relax on it’s sun soaked beaches – don’t they just look blissful?
And I would adore to visit the volcanic Mount Teide in Las Canadas National Park. It is Tenerife’s most famous landmark and the highest mountain in Spain.

To be able to do all these things on one holiday where I don’t have to cook or do laundry and everything is laid on for me, from towels to entertaining the kids, would be rather blissful.
My dream holiday would be to experience the delights of cruising.
What is you holiday dream? Have you been cruising?
