Today – frugal friday blues
I have not had a very good week. I feel on about 5 different occasions that I have been pushed /stupidly chose to spend money I don’t have and could have been more assertive and made better choices
Frugal Friday Blues
Oh I am so fed up this week
- Ate at pizza express without a voucher and I insisted on paying. Cost a fortune, their prices without a voucher are ridiculous. £16 for a pizza and then the same for a lasagne. Never again
- I spent over £130 on shoes and a suit for my son for a wedding. I wanted to put him in shirt and trousers he could wear again and would have saved probably about £70. I should have stuck to my guns
- My daughter had pals for tea and I was heading out to buy pizza and got persuaded to order Dominoes for 4 instead. What a waste of money
- I bought a card even though I had some already at home because – well I don’t know why just not thinking
- I got pushed into buying a new top I don’t need because I was basically told I looked fat and this made me feel insecure
Totally rubbish week and my lack of assertion made it worse. I hope so much yours was better
