No Fat Banana Loaf

I do like to keep life simple and inexpensive when it comes to baking and in fact to all areas of my life

Today I am going to share with you oone of my favourite go to recipes

No Fat Banana Loaf

If you have two bananas that are very brown and mottled looking do not despair! They are simply in need of a good mashing! Why not make this super delicious and very easy leftover loaf recipe It’s super quick and easy and tastes divine on its own or toasted with a little butter.

 

 

No Fat Banana Loaf ingredients

2 mashed over ripe banana

2 tbsp of golden syrup

I egg

170g sugar ( though i used sweetener)

225g self raising flour

 

Method for No Fat Banana Loaf

Add syrup and egg to the mashed bananas and mix it all up

Add the sugar and flour and stir in well

pour into a greased loaf tin

25mins at 180 c

Now how easy is that- loving your leftovers can be delicious too

    LOVE banana loaf although I haven’t tried a no fat version before. This looks intriguing. Not to mention tasty!
