Personalised Letter Box cakes

I was intrigued to be asked by Baker Days if I would like to review a  cake for them. They make  personalised cakes for any occasion that can be sent through your letter box. It sounded very odd to me.  They don’t just sell letterbox cakes they sell regular sized cakes too but I love the idea of being able to post one!

Letter box cakes from Baker Days start at £14.99. You can choose the deign the size and the recipe of you cake and there are absolutely loads of categories to pick from. We chose a thank you cake and we chose a Madeira cake ( there was chocolate. carrot, fruit, gluten and wheat free and double choc chip!)

My sons grandpa had taught him to ride his bike over the summer so we had it personalised to say Thank You Grandpa.It came in a lovely box, tasted delicious and we were delighted with it.It did indeed fit through the letterbox!
