We are living through some hard times right now, aren’t we? Sad, tricky and difficult times. Yet we must count our blessings and express our gratitude to the helpers.

If ever there was a time to stand back and salute our NHS staff it has to be now. They are doing the most sterling job putting themselves at risk caring for the most vulnerable and sick in our society. They are having to spend precious time away from their own families. They are having to work in circumstances beyond and worse than anything they could have prepared for.

And what about the thousands upon thousands of retired staff coming back ot do their bit because they are SO needed.

Thank you every single one of you. Absolutely amazing.
