Oh I am ashamed to say we don’t really have a first aid kit. What we do have is a big old tin filled with odd and old bits of plasters and after bite, nasal spary and ibuprofen.
Oh dear..clearly understocked and a bit useless.
It isn’t easy to get to either and to be honest I don’t think it would be much good in an emergencies.
How rubbish. I am embarrassed.
I used to be the first aider in the children’s home I worked at years ago and it was drilled into me how important a first aid kit is.
A proper first aid kit
Luckily for me I have been sent a proper first aid kit and it is a huge improvement on my rusty olfd tin.
It has eye wash and sanitisers a face mask, tweezers, sterile wipes plaster bandages and more. Now that is a proper first aid kit!

Bausch + Lomb are the leading experts in eye care with over 160 years of expertise and innovation in their field and their product Vidisan is perfect for a first aid kit. These eye drops contain ingredients to calm and soothe irritated eyes from daily causes of irritations, such as wind, dust, pollution, cigarette smoke, chlorine from swimming pools and pollen.
Vidisan eye drops are a year round solution for irritated eyes – which we can be especially vulnerable to during the summer months due to swimming in chlorinated pools while on holiday, summer allergies or playing outside in the garden. Vidisan can be used at any age, including babies
My kids eyes often get sore in swimming pools so this would be just perfect to keep in my car.

A mish mash of a few medical supplies eek!
quite a few lotions & potions in it but i think over half of it is out of date!!
I just have some antiseptic cream, plasters and a few bandages
Mainly consists of plasters and bite spray – it’s what we use the most!
It’s pretty empty at the moment x
Um, i have to confess that i don’t have one x
It’s not too bad but it took quite a hit when I had a poorly foot a few months ago.
I have just run out of plasters, I still have some antiseptic cream but I am not sure where it is.
It’s in definite need of a replenish. Don’t think I’ve checked through it apart from plasters for a good 6 months.
quite bad merely plasters
Its not a great state at the moment, I have some savlon and plasters
lots of plasters and sting cream -could do with a couple of bandages though
all over the house in plastic bags, I think.. yeah.. bad!!
I usually top it up before holiday, it’s looking a little bare at the moment.

It’s a little bit short now as I cut my finger badly yesterday!
A bit of a mess and lacking a few things, so I’d love to win this.
Non-existant I’m afraid!
I had not realized how dated my current kit is. This was a good reminder to check your kit for expiration dates perhaps when time changes or when you change the smoke alarm batteries. Would love to win a replacement
