Broccoli and potato soup

Use whatever measure you feel suit your tastebuds - this is a free flowing and highly adaptable soup!
Course Soup


  • potatoes
  • broccoli
  • vegetable stock
  • sharp cheese
  • salt and pepper


  • Start by boiling some potatoes in stock, and while that’s happening, roast some broccoli, cut into chunks, on a baking tray.
  • Once done, add it to the stock and blitz it with a stick blender.
  • Add in a cup of extra sharp cheese, some salt and pepper and that’s it
