My spending habits have changed dramatically in all areas since the credit crunch. I am hardly recoognisable form the careless spender of my youth. It is very interesting to look back and note all the changes,

How have my spending habits changed since the credit crunch

Before the credit crunch ..
I used to love to shops for things I didn’t need. I just loved shopping. It was fun.
Since the credit crunch..,,
I shop when I need too.

Before the credit crunch…
I would pop in the local shops for wine and posh cheeses, chocolates and magazines as I hurried home from work
Since the credit crunch….
I go the cutprice supermarket and stop up as carefully planned on essentials every 2 weeks

Before the credit crunch….
I would buy whaever was in fashiont hat took my fancy even if it was clearly a one season wonder
Since the credit crunch..,
I buy outfits to last that are classic, heardwearing and quite neutral

Before the credit crunch….
I would shop arounfd the banks to see who could give me the best foreign currency for our many holidays
Since the credit crunch….
I am more likely to be shopping around banks to find the best cash isa offers available Saving is now serious!

redundancies
Credit Crunch!!!
Before the credit crunch ….
If something went wrong in the house I would call whichever plumber, electrician or handyman my friends recommended based on quality
Since the credit crunch ….
I now  get free quotes and always 3 of them before hiring anyone and I always look on the internet first to see if I could DIY it (I never can)
Times have certainly changed I am more cautious, I put more by I spend less and I shop around.
What about you?
