I have just had a go at searching for baby sitters in my local areas and 900 came up within 5 miles all with fees, some with reviews, all with profiles. I could search on distance, reviews, newly listed etc and I was so impressed! Some had uploaded qualifications, most had photos – this is a great way to find someone quickly and easily.

I would personally always want references and make checks on anyone working with my kids and I would also want them to meet them a few times at least before I left them in their care.
