Lego City Volcano Review
My kids are enormous Lego fans. My son’s favourite lego at the moment is Star Wars and Ninjago and for his birthday we have bought him the high speed passenger train. (ssh…it’s tomorrow!) I think I am more excited than he will be! Always fancied a Lego train.
Recently it’s been all about Lego City in our house. My daughter has just reviewed the Lego City Airport Cargo Plane which is very cool.
Lego City Volcano is a lovely new range that has really sparked my son’s imagination
We were sent the LEGO 60123 City In/Out Volcano Supply Helicopter Construction Set to review (£39 at Amazon)
It really is a great set with lots to it including:
- 3 minifigures: a female volcano explorer, male volcano worker and a pilot.
- Volcano Supply Helicopter, excavator and a boulder rack.
It has lots of brilliant movement and play features such as the:
Volcano Supply Helicopter has spinning rotors, a rear ramp that opens and a lowering winch and hook.
The excavator features an arm and hook for carrying boulders and you can use the excavator to move the boulders into position.
My son thought it was great fun and loved all the parts and actions. he also loved building it and the process of creating his own toy. Just fabulous. Lego never lets you down!
He’s got his eye firmly on the Volcano Exploration Base Construction Set which contains the actual volcano – it does look rather awesome. Definitely one for the Christmas list.
I hope you have enjoyed this Lego City Volcano Review

Happy Birthday to your son! I love how this set is so playable – and not just a build and look at type of model.
