Ah, its hard times here at the moment and I have been having to have frugal thoughts!
Here’s what I have been thinking…
Can I sew that back up?
Can we use that leftover food tomorrow?
Can we walk there instead?
Shall we make a batch of homemade birthday cards?
Let’s keep that wrapping paper.
Just keeping your mind on money saving can actually save you a great deal rather than instantly thinking to consume, consume, consume.
Do you regularly have frugal thoughts?
Try this anti-shopping list next time you consider shopping, it will help you be more creative, less materialistic and could save you a good deal of money too!
The Fabulously Frugal Things I’ve Done This Week Linky rules:
We’d love you to join in with us by sharing what frugal and thrifty things you’ve been up to this week – whether it’s an Instagram picture (#5frugalthings), a blog post or even a video. Just add your link to the linky at the bottom of this post.
You don’t have to share five things you’ve done, anything thrifty or frugal that you’ve been doing is perfect.
We’d like to make this a great little community linky so it would be brilliant if you could comment on a couple of the other blog posts linked up. We’ll make sure that we comment on all posts and if you have a Pinterest friendly image then we’ll Pin your post to one of our boards too.
You’re more than welcome to copy and paste the badge above but it would be even better if you could let your readers know that you’re linking up with us by adding a little line to the bottom of your post like this one:
I’m linking up with Cass Emma and Becky in this week’s Five Fabulously Frugal things I’ve done this week linky.
So how frugal have you been this week?
I have constant frugal thoughts haha. Not only to save money but to prevent wasteful behaviour, I like to know that I have made as much use of something as I possibly can.
I am having more frugal thought these days as a direct result of doing this linky! I am so pleased too, when I grab a bargain, especially if it means that my money stays in my purse. Thankfully, I’m having more success at this. Thanks for sharing and for allowing us to share too.
Love the frugal shopping list..I often think in my head..I want a takeaway..then rethink what do I have in the freezer to make….
