Today – How to stop snoring
My husband snores.
If I make him move a bit he stops so I tend to give him a swift kick or a poke in the ribs. Sometimes this wakes him up and he gets annoyed. Sometimes it works and he stops. Hurray. Often though he just starts up again about ten minutes later and that is so annoying just as I am getting back off to sleep. This can sometimes go on for quite some time. It’s worse if he has had a beer. I do find it annoying as even though the snoring is light it does disturb me.

Have you heard of the Good Night Anti Snoring Ring? It’s a solution to snoring that is said to work in the majority of cases.
The good night anti-snoring ring works by using acupressure on the little finger. Acupressure is the ancient Chinese practise dating from 3,000 BC. It is a way of giving treatment to a number of ailments by applying pressure (with the index finger or thumb) on specific points on the body. You have to read the instructions and give the ring a few days to work.
There are lots of great testimonials on the boots.com website about 80- % of those that have used it say its effective, not bad stats!

The Good Night Anti-Snoring ring comes complete with a 30-day money-back guarantee, so you can try it with no risk. I do like the fact it is non-chemical and non-invasive.
