Slimming on a budget – top tips
- Drink tap water – a lot of it – its great for clearing out your system making you feel full and it’s free!
- You won’t need a diet club..more fruit and veg, less calories, more exercise. Simples.
- Having a buddy who is slimming too can be a great motivator even if its an online buddy. Weigh yourself on the same days, feedback to each other, share tips and recipes and reflect on your week.
- Find inspiration for healthy cooking, not from expensive slimming magazines but from slimming food blogs, which are FREE!
- Learn how to use up leftovers in soups and casseroles and you need never throw out your unused veg again and you’ll absolutely find your self slimming on a budget!
